Interests

Good morning and welcome to the second meeting in 2014 of the European and External Relations Committee. I make the usual request that mobile phones and other electronic equipment that makes a noise are switched off. I am aware that some members use Kindles and iPads to access their papers, which is fine.

I welcome back to the table Dr Daniel Kenealy, who is the committee’s adviser on its inquiry. I convey Patricia Ferguson’s apologies and welcome Neil Bibby to the committee. Do you have any interests to declare, Neil?
