Good afternoon. I welcome members to the 22nd meeting in 2004 of the European and External Relations Committee, which will be our last meeting in 2004. I have received no apologies. I remind members and guests to switch off their mobile phones.

The first item on the agenda is to seek the committee's agreement to take in private item 5, which is initial consideration of issues for inclusion in the draft report on our inquiry into the promotion of Scotland worldwide. Do members agree to take the item in private?
