Item 3 is consideration of our draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 11 May 2011 to 10 May 2012. Members will recall that we agreed to align the SCPA’s working practices to those of the parliamentary committees, which includes producing an annual report. I will give members a moment to read through the report before we reach a decision.
