CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2013 [Draft]
The provision made by paragraph 7 of schedule 9 has no effect as it imposes a requirement to submit applications for registration as a participant in the first phase of the CRC energy efficiency scheme by 1 February 2010 rather than by 30 September 2010. The Scottish Government has confirmed that the provision has no effect. It is impossible to implement it with effect from the date when the order will come into force.
