Good morning. I welcome to the second meeting in 2012 of the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee our members, our first panel of witnesses and the visitors in the gallery. I remind everybody to turn off mobile phones and electronic devices.

I welcome Jean Urquhart, who is joining us for the first evidence session, and thank her for coming along.
