Decisions on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the Justice Committee’s 37th meeting in 2013. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely, as they interfere with the broadcasting system, even when they are switched to silent. No apologies have been received.

Under agenda item 1, I invite members to agree to consider items 6 and 7 in private. Item 6 is consideration of witness expenses in relation to the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Bill, and item 7 is further consideration of a supplementary legislative consent memorandum on the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill. Do members agree that those items should be taken in private?
