Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, colleagues. I welcome everyone to the 20th meeting in 2008 of the European and External Relations Committee. I have received apologies from Ted Brocklebank and Patricia Ferguson.

Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to take in private agenda item 8, under which we will consider the key themes arising from today's evidence session on the Scottish Government's China plan. Do members agree to that?
