Decision on Taking Business in Private

Agenda item 1 is to consider whether to take item 4 in private. Item 4 is the committee's draft response to the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee on the Scottish Parliamentary Pensions Bill. To enable a full and frank discussion, I propose that it be considered in private. Are we agreed?
