Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 23rd meeting in 2009 of the Health and Sport Committee. I remind everyone in the room to switch off their mobile phones and other electronic equipment. I have received apologies from Michael Matheson and we will be joined later by his substitute, Joe FitzPatrick, who is on a train at the moment.

Item 1 on the agenda is to decide whether to take item 4, which is on our work programme, in private. Are we agreed?
