Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Scotland) (No 2) Regulations 2013 (SSI 2013/131)

Item 2 is consideration of a Scottish statutory instrument. As the cover paper makes clear, the Subordinate Legislation Committee has drawn the Parliament’s attention to the fact that these regulations are late as a result of an initial drafting error. If members have no comments, are we happy to make no recommendation on the regulations?
