Under agenda item 1, I ask members to agree to consider items 5, 6 and 7 in private. Item 5 is the committee’s draft report on post-legislative scrutiny of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006; and items 6 and 7 are the legacy papers for the committee and the Justice Sub-Committee on Policing.
