Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 26th meeting in 2019 of the Public Audit and Post-legislative Scrutiny Committee. I ask everyone in the public gallery to switch off their electronic devices or switch them to silent mode so that they do not affect the committee’s work.
