Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the first meeting in 2010 of the Public Audit Committee. I remind everyone to ensure that all electronic devices are switched off. I welcome colleagues from Audit Scotland, along with Dr Kevin Woods and his colleagues, who are present for agenda item 2.

Under item 1, does the committee agree to take items 5 to 7 in private?

Does the committee agree to consider the draft report that we will produce on "Overview of mental health services" in private at a future meeting?
