Decisions on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the European and External Relations Committee's first meeting in 2009. I wish everyone a happy new year.

Agenda item 1 is to agree to take item 7—on the key themes arising from our evidence on the China plan—in private. Is that agreed?

Agenda item 2 is to agree to consider the committee's work programme in private at our next meeting. That will allow the clerks to plan a little bit ahead. Is that agreed, colleagues?
