Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Duncan McNeil):

Good morning and welcome to the Local Government and Communities Committee. Item 1 is a proposal to take in private item 3 and all future items relating to our draft report on the budget 2008-09. Such items are usually taken in private. Do members agree to the proposal?
