Supporting Children’s Learning Code of Practice (Revised Edition) 2010 (SG 2010/63)

We might want to report that an explanation was sought from and provided by the Scottish Government as to how the consultation requirements on the draft code in section 27 of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 have been implemented. Do we agree to report that?
