I welcome everyone to the 24th meeting in 2008 of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. We have received apologies from Gil Paterson and John Park. I also welcome two people to today's meeting: Christopher Harvie, who is attending as a substitute for Gil Paterson, and Rachael Berry, who is helping out with the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Bill.
