Agenda item 5 is our proposal to recommend changes to standing orders. Members have seen and considered the paper by the clerk. Is the committee content for me to write to the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee to ask it to consider a proposal to make changes to chapter 10 of standing orders?
