Decision on Taking Business in Private

I open the meeting to the throngs of the public who have gathered, as always, for a Subordinate Legislation Committee meeting, and I welcome members to the seventh meeting in 2011. Apologies have been received from Jamie Stone. I ask members to turn off any mobile phones, BlackBerrys or other devices that they have on them.

It is proposed that the committee discusses items 4 to 7 in private. Do members agree?
