Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the sixth meeting in 2012 of the Health and Sport Committee. I remind everyone to turn off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys, which can interfere with the sound system. We have received apologies from Fiona McLeod and Jackson Carlaw. Dennis Robertson and Nanette Milne are attending as committee substitutes—I welcome you both. We also have a late apology from Richard Simpson.

Item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private items 3 and 4, on the committee’s work programme. Does the committee agree to take the items in private?
