Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome members to the 14th meeting of the Subordinate Legislation Committee in session 4 of the Scottish Parliament and remind everyone to turn off their mobile phones.

Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that we take in private item 5, which is consideration of a draft report on the delegated powers in the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Bill as amended at stage 2. Are members happy to do that?
