Subordinate Legislation

Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Scotland) (Amendment) Rules 2001

The Convener:

Item 2 is subordinate legislation. We are to consider an instrument that is subject to negative procedure—the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Scotland) (Amendment) Rules 2001. There is a note from the clerk about the instrument. Do members wish to make any comments on the instrument, or is the committee content simply to note it? The note from the clerk is paper J1/01/33/6. Members are aware of negative procedure and can tell me whether they have any comments to make on the instrument.

I think that I am moving too swiftly for some members this morning. Does anybody have any comments to make on the instrument?

Members indicated disagreement.

Shall we simply note the instrument?

Members indicated agreement.
