Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I welcome members of the public and the press to the seventh meeting this year of the Transport and the Environment Committee. I am in the chair briefly because the convener has to attend another meeting, although we expect him to join us fairly shortly, when I will gracefully relinquish the chair to him.
