Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the 35th meeting in 2013 of the Justice Committee. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely, as they interfere with the broadcasting system even when they are switched to silent. No apologies have been received.

Under item 1, the committee is invited to agree to consider in private item 6, which is consideration of our approach to a legislative consent memorandum on the Offender Rehabilitation Bill. Is that agreed?
