The purpose of agenda item 5 is for the committee to consider its approach to the delegated powers in the Burial and Cremation (Scotland) Bill. The bill contains a significant number of delegated powers, and it is suggested that the committee might wish to explore those powers in oral evidence. Does the committee agree to invite Scottish Government officials to provide such oral evidence to the committee on 17 November?
