Item 3 is consideration of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Bill. In December last year we reported on the delegated powers provisions in the bill at stage 1. We have received the Cabinet Secretary for Justice's response to our report. I am pretty pleased with the response. When I read it, I thought, "That is good." If anyone ever poses the question of what the Subordinate Legislation Committee does, I will tell them that we do things like this.
