Decision on Taking Business in Private
I welcome everyone to the eighth meeting of the committee in 2009. We have received apologies from Malcolm Chisholm and Jackson Carlaw. I remind everyone to put their mobiles off.
Item 1 is to consider the proposal that agenda item 8, which is consideration of a paper from Judith Morrison, Shelagh McKinlay and company, on the pilot for liaison with the Scottish Government on Scottish statutory instruments, be taken in private in order to enable a full and frank discussion. Is that agreed?
