National Planning Framework (Witness Expenses)

Agenda item 3 is a request for the committee to consider delegating to me the responsibility for arranging, under rule 12.4.3 of the standing orders, for the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay the expenses of witnesses who gave evidence on national planning framework 2. Do members agree to delegate that responsibility to me?
