Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the fifth meeting of the Scottish Commission for Public Audit in session 4. I remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones and any other electronic communication devices.

We have apologies from John Pentland.

Item 1 is to ask the commission to consider taking in private item 2, on the corporate governance of Audit Scotland. Do members agree?
