There are three questions to be put as a result of today's business. The first is that motion S3M-4948, in the name of Iain Smith, on the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee's report, be agreed to.

The second question is that motion S3M-4952, in the name of Bruce Crawford, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, on the suspension of standing orders, be agreed to.

That the Parliament agrees that, for the purpose of question 1 at First Minister's Question Time on Thursday 1 October 2009, Rule 13.7.4 of Standing Orders be suspended.
The third question is that motion S3M-4953, in the name of Bruce Crawford, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, on the approval of a Scottish statutory instrument, be agreed to.
