Parliamentary Bureau Motion

The next item of business is consideration of a Parliamentary Bureau motion. I ask Bruce Crawford to move motion S4M-02151, on approval of a Scottish statutory instrument.

That the Parliament agrees that the Advice and Assistance (Assistance By Way of Representation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2012 [draft] be approved.—[Bruce Crawford.]
