Parliamentary Bureau Motion

The question on the motion will be put at decision time.

The next item of business is consideration of a Parliamentary Bureau motion. I ask Bruce Crawford to move motion S3M-5801, on the suspension of standing orders in relation to the Ure Elder Fund Transfer and Dissolution Bill.

Motion moved,

That the Parliament agrees that, for the Ure Elder Fund Transfer and Dissolution Bill, Consideration Stage shall not take place and, accordingly, agrees that, for the purposes of the Bill, Rules 9A.7.1(b), 9A.9 and the first sentence of 9A.8.10 of the Standing Orders be suspended—[Bruce Crawford.]
