The next item of business is consideration of a Parliamentary Bureau motion. I ask Joe FitzPatrick to move motion S4M-09761, on substitution on committees.

That the Parliament agrees that David Torrance be appointed to replace Christina McKelvie as the Scottish National Party substitute on the Public Audit Committee.—[Joe FitzPatrick.]
