Decision Time

The Presiding Officer (Alison Johnstone)

There is one question to be put as a result of today’s business. The question is, that motions S6M-07333, on approval of a Scottish statutory instrument, and S6M-07335, on designation of a lead committee, in the name of George Adam, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, be agreed to.

Motions agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees that the Legal Aid and Advice and Assistance (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 [draft] be approved.

That the Parliament agrees that the Economy and Fair Work Committee be designated as the lead committee in consideration of the supplementary legislative consent memorandum in relation to the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Legislation).

That concludes decision time.

Meeting closed at 01:34.
