Decision Time

There are two questions to be put as a result of today’s business. The first question is, that motion S4M-05362, in the name of Nicola Sturgeon, on the Freedom of Information (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees that the Freedom of Information (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill be passed.

The next question is, that motion S4M-05369, in the name of Joe FitzPatrick, on the approval of a Scottish statutory instrument, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees that the Knife Dealers (Licence Conditions) (Scotland) Order 2012 [draft] be approved.
