The next item of business is consideration of two Parliamentary Bureau motions, S3M-1900 and S3M-1901, on the approval of Scottish statutory instruments.

Motions moved,

That the Parliament agrees that the draft Transport and Works (Scotland) Act 2007 (Access to Land on Application) Order 2008 be approved.
