There are two questions to be put as a result of today’s business. The first question is, that motion S4M-13107, in the name of Michael Matheson, on the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees to the general principles of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Bill.

The Presiding Officer

The second question is, that motion S4M-12553, in the name of John Swinney, on the financial resolution for the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament, for the purposes of any Act of the Scottish Parliament resulting from the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Bill, agrees to—

(a) any expenditure of a kind referred to in Rule 9.12.3(b) of the Parliament’s Standing Orders arising in consequence of the Act, and

(b) any charge or payment in relation to which Rule 9.12.4 of the Standing Orders applies arising in consequence of the Act.
