Parliamentary Bureau Motions

The next item of business is consideration of two Parliamentary Bureau motions. I draw members’ attention to the fact that the motions have been revised to correct the titles of the instrument and code of practice to which they refer—it is just a technical amendment. Copies of the revised motions are available at the back of the chamber.

Motions moved,

That the Parliament agrees that the Prohibited Procedures on Protected Animals (Exemptions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/draft) be approved.

That the Parliament agrees that the Scottish Government Code of Practice for the Welfare of Gamebirds Reared for Sporting Purposes (SG 2010/275) be approved.—[Bruce Crawford.]
