Decision Time

There are two questions as a result of today’s business. The first question is, that motion S3M-7531, in the name of Patricia Ferguson, on the Property Factors (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees to the general principles of the Property Factors (Scotland) Bill.

The second question is, that motion S3M-7564, in the name of Bruce Crawford, on the approval of a Scottish statutory instrument, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees that the draft National Scenic Areas (Consequential Modifications) (Scotland) Order 2010 be approved.
