That the Parliament agrees that for the purposes of consideration of the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2006 on Wednesday 8 February 2006, the sentence "The debate on the motion shall last no more than 90 minutes" in Rule 10.7 of Standing Orders be suspended.—[Ms Margaret Curran.]
