Motion moved,

That the Parliament agrees that the following Orders be approved— the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No 3) (Scotland) Order 1999 (SSI 1999/71); the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (No 2) (Scotland) Order 1999 (SSI 1999/72); and the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (No 3) (Scotland) Order 1999 (SSI 1999/73).—[Mr McCabe.]
