There are two questions to be put as a result of today's business. The first question is, that motion S1M-2829, in the name of Jim Wallace, which seeks agreement that the Sexual Offences (Procedure and Evidence) (Scotland) Bill be passed, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to.

That the Parliament agrees that the Sexual Offences (Procedure and Evidence) (Scotland) Bill be passed.

The second question is, that motion S1M-2830, in the name of Ross Finnie, which seeks agreement that the Fur Farming (Prohibition) (Scotland) Bill be passed, be agreed to. Are we agreed?
