Decision Time
There are two questions to be put as a result of today’s business. The first question is, that motion S4M-08480, in the name of Stewart Maxwell, on decision making on whether to take children into care, be agreed to.
Motion agreed to,
That the Parliament notes the conclusions and recommendations contained in the Education and Culture Committee’s 10th Report, 2013 (Session 4): Report on decision making on whether to take children into care (SP Paper 386).
The next question is, that motion S4M-08489, in the name of Liam McArthur, on the appointment of the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland, be agreed to.
Motion agreed to,
That the Parliament agrees to the appointment of William Thomson as the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
