Good afternoon. The first item of business is consideration of business motion S4M-5093, in the name of Joe FitzPatrick, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, setting out a revision to the business programme for today.

The change of decision time to 6pm tonight will allow for a fuller debate on the Referendum (Scotland) Bill Committee’s report on the Scotland Act 1998 (Modification of Schedule 5) Order 2013 [Draft].

That the Parliament agrees the following revision to the programme of business for Wednesday 5 December 2012—
