Before we go to the next item of business, there is an outstanding point of order to be dealt with. Earlier today, David Davidson asked the Presiding Officer to investigate whether the response to a question that he received on Tuesday was issued by the chamber desk or by the Scottish Executive prior to its being issued to him. Clearly, I cannot answer for what the Executive does in that regard, but I confirm that the response to the question was received by the chamber desk only at 5.02 pm on Tuesday, which was after it had been issued to Mr Davidson.
