Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome members to the 18th meeting in 2018 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee.

Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that the committee take in private items 6, 7 and 8. Item 6 is consideration of a draft report on the Management of Offenders (Scotland) Bill at stage 1; item 7 is consideration of the delegated powers provisions in the Housing (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill after stage 2; and item 8 is consideration of the committee’s annual report. Does the committee agree to take those items in private?
