Does the committee agree to take in private agenda items 5 and 6, which are consideration of the committee’s letter on its recent pre-budget scrutiny, and consideration of potential witnesses for its scrutiny of the Vulnerable Witnesses (Criminal Evidence) (Scotland) bill?
