Good morning. I welcome everyone to the third meeting in 2022 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee.

Before we move to our first agenda item, I welcome our newest member, Collette Stevenson, and invite her to declare any relevant interests.

Thank you, convener. Good morning, everyone. I am currently a sitting councillor on South Lanarkshire Council.

Thank you. Collette Stevenson is joining the committee to replace Elena Whitham. I thank Elena for her work with the committee and seek the committee’s approval to write to her to thank her for the time that she spent with us. Is that agreed?
