Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 20th meeting in 2017 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee.

Item 1 is a declaration of interests. I welcome our new member, Clare Haughey, to the committee—not for the first time. She joins us in place of Clare Adamson. I invite her to declare any interests that are relevant to the work of the committee.
