Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 13th meeting in 2019 of the Public Audit and Post-legislative Scrutiny Committee. We have received apologies from our convener, Jenny Marra MSP; as deputy convener, I will convene the meeting in her absence. I ask everyone in the public gallery either to switch off their electronic devices or to switch them to silent mode to ensure that they do not affect the committee’s work.
